  4. HIV Infection

V. Causes: Fungal

  1. Pityrosporum
  2. Candida infection
    1. Congenital Candidiasis (age <1 week)
    2. Candida Diaper Dermatitis

VI. Causes: Other

  1. Scabies
  2. HIstiocytosis
  3. Incontinentia pigmenti
