    3. Score 5: Prescription Drugs
  3. Psychological Conditions
    1. Score 2: ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder or Schizophrenia
    2. Score 1: Major Depression
  4. Other factors
    1. Score 1: Age 16 to 45 years old
    2. Score 0: History of preadolescent sexual abuse
