  1. Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) infection
  2. Spinal epidural or intradural Lymphoma
  3. Toxoplasma gondii infection

III. Causes: Polyradiculopathy

  1. Cytomegalovirus
    1. May involve the spinal cord segment
    2. May present with a painful extremity

IV. Causes: Slowly progressive vacuolar myelopathy

  1. Progressive painless gait disturbance with Ataxia
  2. Helpful to image spine with MRI
