  2. Severe macrovascular and microvascular complications

III. Management

  1. Oral Contraceptives with low-dose Estrogen and less androgenic Progestin
  2. Intrauterine Device (Copper-T IUD or, based on recent data, Mirena IUD)
  3. Avoid Depo Provera
