  1. Age
    1. Score 0: Age <55 years
    2. Score 3: Age 56-74 years
    3. Score 4: Age over 75 years
  2. COPD
    1. Score 3: COPD
  3. Weight
    1. Score 6: Weight <154 pounds (<70 kg)
    2. Score 4: Weight 155-176 pounds (70-80 kg)
    3. Score 0: Weight >176 pounds (>80 kg)

IV. Interpretation

  1. Score of 6 points or greater should be followed by DEXA Scan
