VI. Preparations
- Levomilnacipran (Fetzima) 20 mg, 40 mg, 80 mg, 120 mg capsules
VII. Dosing: Adults
- Start: 20 mg orally daily
- May increase dose as early as 2 days later to 40 mg orally daily
- May increase dose by up to 40 mg every 2 days (80 mg, 120 mg) to maximum of 120 mg daily
- Maximum
- Normal Renal Function: 120 mg/day
- Moderate renal Impairment: 80 mg/day
- Severe renal Impairment: 40 mg/day
