  1. History consistent with injury (and age of child)?
  2. Unexplained delay in seeking medical attention?
  3. History consistent when repeated?
  4. Parents and child with appropriate behavior and interaction?
  5. Parents took adequate measures?
  6. Unexplained injuries on exam?

IV. Interpretation

  1. Any positive criteria indicates higher suspicion of Child Abuse and warrants reporting
