- Insert sterile blunt probe into ulcerated lesion
- Positive test: probe contacts bone
- Suggests Osteomyelitis

- Test Sensitivity: 66%
- Test Specificity: 85%
- Positive Predictive Value: 57-89%
- Negative Predictive Value: 56%
