- Typical dosing
- Take 250 to 500 mg orally daily to twice daily
- Streptococcal Pharyngitis (second-line)
- Take 500 mg orally daily for 10 days

- Otitis Media
- GIve 15 mg/kg/dose orally twice daily
- Streptococcal Pharyngitis (second-line)
- Give 7.5 mg/kg/dose orally twice daily for 10 days
- Otitis Media

- eGFR <30 ml/min: Give 50% of typical dose
