III. Protocol

  1. Perform twice daily before meals for 4 to 6 months
  2. Use amber sniffing jars of Essential Oils
    1. Soaked in cotton or 50 ml liquid
  3. Follow technique for each scent
    1. Smell for 15 to 20 seconds, concentrating on what it smells like and what it reminds you of
    2. Rest for 10 seconds between smelling bottles
    3. Repeat for each of the remaining scents
  4. Start with 4 initial scents for first 1 to 3 months
    1. Rose
    2. Eucalyptus (eucalyptol)
    3. Lemon
    4. Clove
  5. Every 1 to 3 months, change or add new scents
    1. Menthol
    2. Thyme
    3. Tangerine
    4. Jasmine
    5. Green Tea
    6. Bergamot
    7. Rosemary
    8. Gardenia
