III. Technique

  1. Patient position
    1. Shoulder at 90 degrees abduction
    2. Shoulder externally rotated (palm up)
  2. Maneuver
    1. Examiner applies and maintains valgus stress to the elbow
    2. Quickly flex and extend the elbow

IV. Interpretation: Positive Test

  1. Pain occurs between angle of 70 to 120 degrees of elbow flexion
