1. Give patient blank sheet of paper
2. Patient is told to draw a clock
  1. Draw the clock face
  2. Draw the numbers in correct position
  3. Draw clock hands to show time of 11:10
Interpretation
1. Drawing a closed circle: 1 point
2. Drawing 12 numbers: 1 point
3. Positioning numbers correctly: 1 point
4. Place clock hands at designated time: 1 point
