1. Obtain baseline fasting Blood Glucose
2. Patient ingests 1 to 1.5 grams lactose per kilogram
3. Measure serial Blood Glucose levels

1. Blood Glucose rises <20 mg/dl above fasting level
2. Intestinal symptoms of Lactose Intolerance present
