    1. Denuded, red smooth, shiny, sharply circumscribed symmetric Plaque
    2. Appears on posterior midline dorsal Tongue
  4. Differential Diagnosis
    1. Geographic Tongue
  5. Management
    1. Treat with oral Antifungals for candida
