  1. Components
    1. Brown Macule with sharp borders and irregular shape
    2. Hair tuft
      1. Variably present and may be present without the Macule
  2. Distribution
    1. Shoulder
    2. Back
    3. Breast

IV. Associated Conditions: Becker's Nevus Syndrome

  1. Skin lesion with Smooth Muscle fiber abnormalities
  2. Breast hypoplasia (unilateral)
  3. Limb hypoplasia (unilateral)
  4. Scoliosis
  5. Spina Bifida Occulta

V. Prognosis

  1. No risk of malignancy
