Pathophysiology
1. Antegrade followed by retrograde vessel flow
Technique
1. Stethoscope bell used to compress femoral artery
2. Start off listening, and gradually increase pressure
Interpretation
1. Positive sign: 2 murmurs, 1 following another
2. Results in to-and-fro sound
Etiologies
1. Aortic Regurgitation
2. Other conditions with high Pulse Pressure
