  2. Review questions as a group to explain meaning
  3. Review positive responses with physician

V. Approach: Room 3 - Vital Signs (Nurse or Medical Assistant staffs)

  1. Height
  2. Weight
  3. Blood Pressure
  4. Heart Rate
  5. Vision

VI. Approach: Room 4 - Head, Neck, and Skin (Physician staffs)

  1. Standard Head and Neck exam
  2. Contagious skin lesions

VII. Approach: Room 5 - Chest (Physician staffs)

  1. Cardiac exam
    1. Heart Murmur
    2. Heart Rhythm
    3. Femoral and radial Pulses
  2. Pulmonary Exam

VIII. Approach: Room 6 - Abdomen (Physician staffs)

  1. Hepatosplenomegaly
  2. Abdominal masses
  3. Hernias
  4. Genitalia
  5. Tanner Staging

IX. Approach: Room 7 - Orthopedic screen (Physician, PT, trainer staffs)

  1. Perform Brief Musculoskeletal Exam (2 minutes)

X. Approach: Room 8 - Assessment and Disposition (Physician staffs)

  1. Integrate exam findings
  2. Recommend
    1. Further evaluation
    2. Competitive status
    3. Counsel
  3. Obtain Phone number for follow-ups
