V. Course

  1. Progresses to Renal Failure within weeks to months
  2. Patients refusing Dialysis within 6 months: 50%

VI. Management

  1. Pulsed dose glucocorticoids
  2. Cytotoxic agents
    1. Azathioprine
    2. Cyclophosphamide
  3. Plasma exchange
