II. Technique: Step 1

  1. Extend arm about even Shoulder, palms up
  2. Place quarter in ulnar edge of hand

III. Technique: Step 2

  1. Please fix your eyes as long as they are open upon the coin
  2. Notice how it shines brightly, reflecting the lights from the room. I will start counting.
  3. With each count, the hand will tire, Fatigue, and turn a little until soon the coin will fall off.
  4. When the coin falls, your eyes will close if they are not already shut, and you will become completely relaxed.
  5. The arm will fall as if it were a dead weight. The other muscles of the body will relax completely.
