IV. Symptoms

  1. Onset often in mid-summer and resolution in December
  2. Pruritus of one or both arms
    1. Affects lateral upper arms and Shoulders
    2. Affects dorsal Forearms
  3. Other Paresthesias (tingling or burning)

V. Signs

  1. No associated dermatitis
