  1. Mature abscess with capsule

    3. Parasitic Infection (Cysticercosis)
  2. Granulomatous lesion
    1. Tuberculosis
    2. Sarcoidosis
  3. Multiple Sclerosis
    1. Large solitary demyelinated Plaque
  4. Hematoma
    1. Differentiate from tumor with Hemorrhage
  5. Arteriovenous malformation
  6. Cerebrovascular Accident (uncommon in children)
  7. Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (rare)
