    1. Exercise option in those without regular program
  2. Protocol
    1. Pedometer worn to measure steps each day
    2. One mile reached for each 2000 steps (100 calories)
  3. Activity Level
    1. Very low activity: less than 5000 steps/day
    2. Low activity: 5000 to 7500 steps/day
    3. Mild activity: 7500 to 10,000 Steps/day
    4. Moderate activity: 10,000 to 12,500 steps/day
    5. High activity: More than 12,500 steps/day
