Definition (MSH) A rare complication of rheumatoid arthritis with autoimmune NEUTROPENIA; and SPLENOMEGALY.
Definition (NCI) A syndrome characterized by the presence of rheumatoid arthritis, splenomegaly, and granulocytopenia. Patients are at an increased risk of infection because of the low white cell counts.
