  1. Signs
    1. Dorsal angulation (secondary to interosseus muscles)
  2. Management: Fracture well aligned and apposed
    1. Immobilize for 4 weeks
      1. Short Arm plaster cast or Splint
      2. Aluminum splint extending under finger
    2. Accept slight shortening
