    1. Nonconvulsive Status Epilepticus
  5. Precautions
    1. Adjust dose in hepatic disease
  6. Dose: Adults and children over age 12
    1. Initial: 4 mg PO qd for first week
    2. Increase by 4-8 mg increments per day weekly
    3. Divide daily dose to bid-qid after first week
    4. Maximum: 56 mg/day divided bid-qid
