    1. Rapid onset with facial pain
    2. Tinnitus and Vertigo may occur if Cranial Nerve 8 is involved
  5. Signs
    1. Unilateral herpetic rash of pinna
    2. Hearing Loss
    3. Peripheral facial paralysis
  6. Management (Similar to Bells Palsy)
    1. Valacyclovir, Famciclovir or Acyclovir
    2. Corticosteroids
    3. Analgesics
