  2. First-Line (empiric for Chlamydia)
    1. Azithromycin 1 gram for one dose
    2. Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice daily for 7 days
  3. Persistent Urethritis
    1. See Dysuria
    2. Metronidazole 2 grams x1 dose and
    3. Erythromycin 500 mg PO qid for 7 days
