  1. Chicago (April 1992 - Nov 1994)
    1. Seven Infants ages 3 weeks to 7 months
    2. Predominately black
    3. No underlying disease
    4. Presenting
      1. ARDS
      2. Hemoptysis
      3. Epistaxis
      4. Afebrile
    5. Survival: 100% (one died 3 weeks post discharge)
  2. Cleveland (January 1993 to November 1994)
    1. Eight infants affected
