- Adequate anesthesia
- Dorsal penile nerve block

- Reduction Method 1
- Hold foreskin with both hands
- Thumbs used to push glans penis through paraphymosis
- Reduction Method 2
- Wrap glans in 2x2 gauze for five minutes
- Decreases glans penis edema
- Dorsal slit
- Indicated if refractory to reduction methods above
