    1. Claudication Evaluation
  2. Criteria (all positive required for PVD diagnosis)
    1. Leg Pain with walking
    2. Pain does not have onset while standing or sitting
    3. Pain occurs while walking fast or uphill
    4. Pain resolves within 10 minutes of standing still
  3. Modifiers
    1. Pain occur even at normal pace on level ground
      1. Suggests severe Claudication
    2. Pain location
      1. Classic: Calf pain
      2. Atypical: Thigh or buttock pain without calf pain
  4. Efficacy
    1. Test Sensitivity: 91%
    2. Test Specificity: 99%
