III. Activity Level

  1. Very low activity: less than 5000 steps/day
  2. Low activity: 5000 to 7500 steps/day
  3. Mild activity: 7500 to 10,000 Steps/day
  4. Moderate activity: 10,000 to 12,500 steps/day
  5. High activity: More than 12,500 steps/day
