5. Mood reactivity
Diagnosis
1. Over-eating with Hypersomnia is a sensitive marker

Management
1. MAO inhibitor
  1. Phenelzine (Nardil) 45-90 mg PO in divided doses
2. Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI)
  1. Not as affective for atypical depression
