- Child over age 1 year: Last Urine >12 hours prior
- Difficult arousal
- Stiff neck (Have child touch chin to chest)
- Indications for clinical evaluation within 16 hours
- Acute Vomiting (if 3 or more episodes)
- Age <6 months old: Vomiting persists >12 hours
- Age <2 years old: >24 hours
- Age >2 years old: >48 hours
- See more quickly if Diarrhea accompanies Vomiting
- Indications for routine clinical evaluation in 1-2 weeks
- Recurrent Vomiting (assess for psychogenic cause)
