    1. Application
      1. Apply Single Sugar-Tongue Splint first
      2. Start second sugar tong splint at deltoid insertion (proximal, anterior Humerus)
      3. Continue the splint distally to the elbow
      4. Bend the splint around the elbow and continue proximally
      5. Stop a few inches from the axilla (on posterior Humerus)
    2. Position
      1. Same as for the Sugar-Tong Splint (single)
