- Obtain Indium-111 Leukocyte scan or Bone MRI
- Positive: Treat as presumptive Osteomyelitis

- Treat as Soft Tissue Infection
- Management: Antibiotic Protocols
- Presumptive Osteomyelitis
- Consider bone biopsy for culture and pathology
- Consider bone resection with 2 weeks antibiotics
- Culture guided antibiotic therapy for 4-6 weeks
