    1. Type II Salter Fracture of fifth proximal phalanx
    2. Displaced into abduction
  2. Management
    1. Reduction
      1. Local Anesthesia
      2. Apply traction
        1. Small finger in slight flexion
        2. Pull in direction away from Scaphoid tubercle
        3. Adduct finger against physician's finger as fulcrum
    2. Immobilize
      1. Buddy Tape to ring finger
      2. Padded splint for 4 weeks
