- Examiner holds wrist in flexion
- Patient extends fingers against resistance
- Maneuver: TFCC Instability
- Examiner stabilizes radial aspect of the wrist with one hand
- Examiner applies anteroposterior stress to the ulnar side of the wrist with other hand
- Interpretation
- Excessive motion suggests instability
