Crossed-Leg Test

Indications
1. Ankle Sprain evaluation for High Ankle Sprain
Patient Position
1. Patient sits in a chair
2. Cross the affected leg over the opposite knee
3. Applies pressure to proximal fibula of affected leg
Interpretation: Positive test for High Ankle Sprain
1. Pain at distal ankle suggests syndesmotic injury
