- Reduce Fracture dislocation
- Immobilize in plaster splint
- Elevate
- Cast for 6-8 weeks
- Surgical Indication: Ankle mortise disrupted
- Surgery needed to Restore anatomic position of talus
- Ensure smooth articular surface of ankle
- Complications
- Arthritis likely if poorly aligned ankle joint surface
