- Pathophysiology
- Injury to C7, C8, and T1 spinal nerves
- Signs: Clawhand deformity
- Hand Intrinsic Muscle Weakness
- Grasp reflex absent on affected side
- Biceps reflex and radial reflex present
- Horner's Syndrome may be associated
- Occurs if T1 sympathetic fibers are affected
- Upper part of arm unaffected
