- Ears: Low set ears
- Below lateral canthus of eye
- Associated with genitourinary anomalies
- Nose
- Babies are obligate nose breathers until 4 months old
- Check patency with stethoscope (listen over nares)
- Fixed obstruction suggests Choanal Atresia
- Mouth
- Cleft Palate
- Benign retention cysts
- Neonatal Teeth (usually require extraction)
- Neck
- Webbing
- Clefts
- Masses
- ThyroidGoiters are rare
