- Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI)
- Fluoxetine (Prozac) 10-40mg qAM
- Sertraline (Zoloft) 25-100 mg PO qAM
- Paroxetine (Paxil) 10-20mg PO qd

- Venlafaxine (Effexor) 18-50 mg PO bid
