- All findings are unilateral
- Miosis
- Palpebral Ptosis (Incomplete)
- Contrast with complete Ptosis in levator paralysis
- Illusion of eyeball recession (No true enophthalmos)
- Absence of sweating (Anhydrosis) on face and neck
