- Cyanosis with coughing spasms
- Bacterial Tracheitis
- Acute Bronchiolitis
- Pertussis (is child immunized?)
- Apneic episodes
- Hemoptysis
- Pneumonia
- Bacterial Tracheitis
- Suspected airway Foreign Body Aspiration
- Indications: Acute clinical evaluation
- Age <3 months old
- Pneumonia
- Fever for 72 hours
- Pneumonia
- Cough Duration >3 weeks
- Asthma
- Foreign Body Aspiration
- Tuberculosis
- Awakening more than twice each night
- Vomiting more than twice daily
- Indications: Additional for acute evaluation age >4 years
- Productive Cough of Yellow or Green mucus for >12 hours
- Pneumonia
- Superinfected Bronchitis
- Chest Pain
- School absence >2 days
