    1. Neutropenic Fever symptom severity (choose one)
      1. No symptoms: 5 points
      2. Mild symptoms: 5 points
      3. Moderate symptoms: 3 points
    2. Hypotension not present: 5 points
    3. COPD not present: 4 points
    4. Solid tumor or non-fungal infection: 4 points
    5. Dehydration not present: 3 points
    6. Fever had onset as outpatient: 3 points
    7. Age under 60 years: 2 points
  4. Interpretation
    1. Total score >21: Low Risk (consider outpatient therapy)
    2. Total score <21: High Risk (inpatient therapy)
