1. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)
2. Endometriosis
3. Myomata, Adenomyosis or Endometrial polyps
4. Post-surgical adhesions
5. Congenital uterine anomalies
6. Cervical Stenosis
7. Intrauterine Device (IUD)
Management
1. Evaluate and treat the underlying cause
2. Symptomatic treatment as with Primary Dysmenorrhea
