- Patient identifies Luteinizing hormone (LH) Surge
- Start a few days before expected mid-cycle
- Test urine each morning with LH surge kit
- Insemination at time of LH surge
- Sperm stored in packs on Liquid Nitrogen
- Thaw sample in fridge same day as insemination
- Observe semen under microscope
- Adequate motility
- Adequate concentration
- Patient in Trendelenburg for insemination
- Stay in position for 1 hour after insemination
- Patient has intercourse shortly after insemination
- Patient identifies Luteinizing hormone (LH) Surge
