      2. Test urine each morning with LH surge kit
    2. Insemination at time of LH surge
      1. Sperm stored in packs on Liquid Nitrogen
      2. Thaw sample in fridge same day as insemination
      3. Observe semen under microscope
        1. Adequate motility
        2. Adequate concentration
      4. Patient in Trendelenburg for insemination
        1. Stay in position for 1 hour after insemination
    3. Patient has intercourse shortly after insemination
