- Cholestyramine (or Colestipol if Constipation limited)
- Has also been used in Pruritus of pregnancy
- Ursodeoxycholic Acid
- Used in primary biliary Cirrhosis (intense itch)
- Ultraviolet Radiation
- May be indicated in refractory cases
- Ondansetron
- Opiate receptor antagonist
- Naloxone IV
- Nalmefene PO
