1. Open Angle Glaucoma second line agent
Mechanism
1. Reduces resistance to aqueous outflow
Preparations
1. Pilocarpine (Pilocar 0.25% to 10%) 1 drop qid
Adverse Effects
1. Pupil constriction
2. Well Tolerated
3. Nausea or Vomiting
4. Diarrhea
5. Sweating
6. Tremor
7. Hypotension
8. Sinus Bradycardia
9. Atrioventricular Block
