Mechanism
1. Designed via training high performance athletes
  1. Allows athletes to simulate sea level training
2. Pumps air into bag to simulate lower altitude
Protocol
1. Pump Gamow Bag to 2 PSI
2. Patient remains in bag for 1-2 hours pre-descent
3. Descend as rapidly as possible
